The schedule’s third event is New York City, which is hosting the AVP for the third consecutive year. The unique setting of a Hudson River pier, the tournament site is just half a mile from the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, One World Trade Center. One of last year’s top movies, Sully, was about the heroic action on the Hudson River, and this year the nations’ top pro beach volleyball players will be striving to become heroes of their own as they play alongside the Hudson. With this tournament being the only one in the Eastern Time Zone, in the nation’s most populous city, and the first to occur after the unofficial start to summer (Memorial Day) - the New York City event will be a defining one on the 2017 schedule.

3) For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not allowed at the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour: large bags, weapons, alcohol, coolers; laser-lights, noisemakers, i.e. air-horns; glass bottles, aluminum cans or beverages of any kind.
4) Large posters and banners may be inspected by security before being allowed in the venue. The AVP reserves the right to refuse admission of signage. Sticks or poles to hold flags/banners are not permitted.
5) The AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour is a Non-Smoking event. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
6) The AVP is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
7) The AVP reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.
