1) Unless otherwise stated, all seating is done on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2) There will be filming for television throughout the venue.
3) For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not allowed at the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour: large bags, weapons, alcohol, coolers; laser-lights, noisemakers, i.e. air-horns; glass bottles, aluminum cans or beverages of any kind. Additionally, any purchase of Courtside or Cabana ticketed areas have a high probability of coming into contact with fast-paced volleyballs, all patrons in these areas must be alert to avoid incident and assume their own risk by being in these areas.
4) Large posters and banners may be inspected by security before being allowed in the venue. The AVP reserves the right to refuse admission of signage. Sticks or poles to hold flags/banners are not permitted.
5) The AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour is a Non-Smoking event. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
6) The AVP is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
7) The AVP reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.
8) Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
